# Calculate the perimeter and area of a quadrant circle of radius 7 cm.

Answer :

Given:

radius (r)= 7cm

(a) perimeter of quadrant-circle = 1/4 (2 π r) + r + r

= 1/2 π r + 2r

perimeter of quadrant-circle = 11 + 14 = 25cm

(b) area of quadrant-circle =

area of quadrant-circle = 38.5 cm^{2}
