If , then find the values of cos θ and sin θ.

We know that,

So, Side opposite to angle θ =AC = m


The side adjacent to angle θ =AB = n


Firstly we have to find the value of BC.


So, we can find the value of AC with the help of Pythagoras theorem


(AB)2 + (AC)2 = (BC)2


(n)2 + (m)2 = (BC)2


(BC)2 = m2 + n2


BC = m2 + n2


So, BC =√(m2 + n2)


Now, we will find the sin B and cos B



Side opposite to angle θ = AC = m


and Hypotenuse = BC =√(m2 + n2)


So,


Now, we know that,



Side adjacent to angle θ = AB =n


Hypotenuse = BC =√(m2 + n2)
