Answer :

Let the 3 consecutive odd numbers be x,x + 2,x + 4

According to the question


x + x + 2 + x + 4 = 69


3x + 6 = 69


3x = 69-6


3x = 63


x = 21


(divide by 3 on both the sides)


The numbers are x = 21


x + 2 = 21 + 2 = 23


x + 4 = 21 + 4 = 25


Among 21,23 and 25 it is found that 23 is a prime number


Prime number = 23
