Total days he worked = 430

Money he received daily = 120

Fine for per day absent = 10

He got a total money = 2300

In 30 days it will be = 120 × 30 = 3600

But he received = 2300

He work = 2300/120 = 19.1 or 19(approx.) = 19days

∴He did not work for = 30-19 = 11 days
