Using Identity:

(x + y + z)2 = x2 + y2 + z2 + 2xy + 2yz + 2zx


9x2 + 4y2 + 16z2 – 12 xy – 16yz + 24 xz = (– 3x)2 + (2y)2 + (– 4z)2 + 2(– 3x)(2y) + 2(2y)(– 4z) + 2(– 4z)(– 3x)


= (– 3x + 2y – 4z)2
