Answer :

(x–y)^{2} + 4xy

⇒ x^{2} + y^{2}–2xy + 4xy

⇒ x^{2} + y^{2} + 2xy = (x + y)^{2}

√[(x–y)^{2} + 4xy]

Square Root = |x + y|
