CD = 20cm = length of chord
AE = 24cm = distance of chord from centre
From Theorem: A circle with radius r and a chord of length l which is at distance d from the centre, follows the equation,
From here we get,
r2 = 100 + 576 = 676
r = 26cm
Hence radius is 26cm.
