We know that,

(x + y + z)2 = x2 + y2 + z2 + 2xy + 2yz + 2za

Using this formula, we get

= (-3x)2 + (4y)2 + (2z)2 + 2(-3x) (4y) + 2 (4y) (2z) + 2 (2z) (-3x)

= (-3x + 4y + 2z)2
