From the figure, we can say that,


PQS = RSQ (alternate angles on both sides of traversal line)


So, RSQ = 400.


Also,


SRP = RPQ (alternate angles on both sides of traversal line)


So, RPQ = 300.


The values of RSQ and RPQ is400 and 300.
