Steps of Construction:

1) Mark a point O on the paper, taking O as center and with a measure of 2.5 cm in the compass, Draw a circle say C.

2) With the same center O and with a measure of 4 cm in the compass, Draw another circle say C.

3) C and C' are required circles with same center and radii 2.5 cm and 4 cm respectively.
