Height of hemispherical part = Radius (r)

Height of conical part (h) = 15.5 - 3.5 = 12 cm
for cone we know that,r2 + h2 = l2
where r is the radius of base, l is the slant height and h is the height of cone.

Total surface area of toy = CSA of conical part + CSA of hemispherical part
= πrl + 2πr2
= 137.5 + 77
