Answer :

Given: 5x2 - 6x - 2 = 0

25x2 - 30x - 10 = 0 (multiplying both sides by 5)


25x2 - 30x = 10


(adding on both sides)


using a2 - 2ab + b2 = (a - b)2


(taking square root on both sides)
