Radius(r)


height of cylinder(h) = total height-2 × radius of hemisphere


= 14-5 = 9mm


surface area of capsule = surface area of cylinder + 2 × surface


Area of one hemisphere


= 2πrh + 2 × 2πr2


= 2πr(h + 2r)




= 220 mm2
