Answer :
Fraction of boys = 
Fraction of girls =1-

Number of girls= 240
Number of girls = Total students × 
⇒ 240 = Total students × 
⇒ Total students = 240 ÷ 
Total students =640
Number of boys = Total students - Number of girls
=640 – 240 = 400
Number of boys= 400
