# Using a suitable identity, find each of the following products:

(2l – 3m) (2l + 3m)

Answer :

∵ (a^{2} – b^{2}) = (a – b) × (a + b)

∴ (2l – 3m) (2l + 3m) = (2l)^{2} – (3m)^{2}

⇒ (2l – 3m) (2l + 3m) = 4l^{2} – 9m^{2}
