Answer :

220 = 2 × 110 = 2 × 2 × 55 = 2 × 2 × 5 × 11

132 = 2 × 66 = 2 × 2 × 33 = 2 × 2 × 3 × 11


Therefore, g. c. d(220, 132) = 2 × 2 × 11 = 44


And l.c.m.(220, 132) = 2 × 2 × 3 × 11 × 5 = 660
