Evaluate the soci

Answer :

There are some social implications of the small size of the organised sector compared to the large organised sector.

1. Small scale sector provides an opportunity for developing a good rapport between the employer and employees. This fetches good increment and other privileges for the employees. However, if an employee earns the enmity of the employer, for any reason, there is a high chance of retrenchment. However, this is not so in the case of large scale organised sector where the recruitment and appraisal are transparent. There is even a redressal wing to hear the complaints and problems of the employees.

2. Large scale organised sectors which are more prominent in cities provide a platform for the employees who are mostly from different regions and states. But this is not possible in rural areas where people work in small scale sectors.

In small scale sector the whims and fancies of the employer matters whereas large scale sector have rules and regulations.
