To find threshold frequency, vo:

We know the following basic relation,

Speed of Light = [Frequency] × [Wavelength]

We know speed of light = 3×108 m/s

Frequency, vo = [3×108] / [6800 × 10-10]

vo = 4.412×1014 Hz

Work Function, W0 = [6.626×10-34] × [4.412×1014]

= 2.923×10-19 J

Therefore, the threshold frequency is 4.41×1014 Hz and the work function is 2.92×10-19 J.
