Differences among Preambles of USA, South Africa, and India

The government run by the white Europeans in South Africa discriminated against the black people, restricted them from availing the facilities.

Nelson Mandela started the movement against Apartheid. Seeing the surge in protests, the white regime changed its policies, and the discriminatory laws were repealed. The apartheid came to an end, and democracy was established in South Africa. New South Africa was build based on equality. South Africa framed the finest Constitution of the world that inspires Democrats all over.

Comparison between Indian and African Constitution:

1. The Indian Constitution was the result of freedom that was achieved from the British regime while the South African Constitution was the result of human rights movements that was against apartheid.

2. The makers of the Indian Constitution did not have to learn about democracy or make people understand as it was evolved during freedom struggle while in South Africa, they had to create consensus about the democratic nation.
