It refers to those distinct groups of communities in areas having similar climatic conditions. The animal life in this area is determined by the nature of the plants in an area to a large extent. All the plants and animals in an area are dependent and interrelated to each other in their physical environment, thus forming an ecosystem. Human beings are an integral part of the ecosystem, because they utilise the vegetation and wild life, the greed of human beings leads to over utilisation of these resources.
