“Danger seems terrible from a distance; it is not so bad if you have a close look at it.”
It is true that people are afraid of proceeding from ‘thought’ to ‘action’ because they fear the dangers and risks associated with them. They back off even before they have entered the battlefield of challenges, and they certainly do not have any feel about facing the danger, other than judging it from a distance.
Instead, danger adds zest to life, and is not so bad once we have a closer look at it. For example, if we take the case of a mountaineer, who is set to climb one of the most rugged, difficult mountains, we understand the state of his mind before the quest – full pf panic, nervousness and certainly scared of the dangers ahead. But if it were not for this danger, he wouldn’t have felt the incredible zest and thumping of his heart beta after having climbed the summit, no matter what hurdles he had to cross, and what challenges had come his way. Danger is definitely scary, but very important for keeping us alive, in the truest sense of the term.
