Subject: Importance of courage and bravery in one's life.
It has been a while since my last email because I had to finish my assignments and look after Mother because she was really ill. She is feeling better now so you do not have to worry about her. I really hope your exams went well since you joined a university and began hostel life for the first time. Tell me all about it in your reply.
I have been spending a lot of time reading novels and plays to boost my vocabulary and knowledge of English Literature. One of the plays that really inspired me was William Shakespeare's play, titled "Julius Caesar". It had an impressive line in it spoken by Caesar, "Cowards die many times before their deaths; the valiants never taste death but once". I want to share my views on this particular line because I think that bravery and courage are really important traits that people should have in their personality. People dream about things that they really want but some hesitate to fulfill them while the rest set out to fulfill them fearlessly. Bravery plays a significant role here. In recent times, however, fewer people dare to undertake such endeavours to fulfill their wishes and dreams because they are afraid of failure and disappointment. We must learn to fight self-doubt and enhance our own potentials and strengths. We must be courageous in the face of failure and adversity because it is only a stepping stone to success.
I really hope that this inspired you because you are facing a new chapter in your life. Anxiety and doubt will haunt you in every corner but you have got to stand up and face them. I believe in you and you must believe in yourself too. Take care dear brother.
