How will you bring about the following conversions in not more than two steps?

Bromobenzene to 1-Phenylethanol

Answer :

when bromobenzene reacts with Mg in dry ether it forms Grignard reagent, further treating with ethanal in acidic condition it forms 1-phenyl ethanol.
