CH3CH2OH shows intermolecular H-bonding, due to which molecules are associated together. Therefore, it has the highest boiling point. Aldehyde and ether does not show H-bonding but CH3CHO is more polar than CH3OCH3 and so CH3CHO has stronger intermolecular dipole − dipole attraction than CH3OCH3 due to which former shows more H-bonding than latter.
