# A train starting from railway Station attains a speed of 30 m/s in one minute. Find its acceleration.

Answer :

Given: v = 30 m/s

u = 0 m/s

a = ?

Formula used: a = (v-u)/t

a = (30 m/s - 0)/60 sec

a = (30 m/s)/60s

a = 0.5m/s^{2}

Therefore, the acceleration is 0.5m/s^{2}
