Speed, v = 344 m/s


Frequency, f = 20 Hz


Wavelength, λ1 =?


We know that,

v = f × λ

Where v is the speed of the wave,
           λ is the wavelength.

Putting the values in the above equation, we get 


λ1= = 17.2 m 

When the frequency is 2 KHz:

Wavelength, λ2=?


λ2= = 0.0172 


Therefore, the wavelength of sound in air having frequencies corresponding 20 Hz is 17.2 m and  20 KHz is 0.0172 m respectively.
