Flux (ϕB).


Magnetic flux, ϕB = B. A cosθ


Where,


B = Magnetic field


A = Area


θ = Angle between B and A


Here, Loop is perpendicular to wire. So,


θ = 900


Magnetic flux (ϕB) = B. A cos0


Magnetic flux (ϕB) = 0


The induced emf,


Since, there is no flux linked with the loop the induced current ill also be 0.


Hence, no change in emf even though there is a change in current


in wire.
