A. The palindromic sequences is the sequence of base pairs which read the same on both the DNA strands, when orientation of reading is remains the same. Every endonuclease inspects the entire DNA sequence for palindromic recognition sequence.
B. The restriction endonuclease binds to the DNA when it finds the palindrome. It cuts the opposite strands of DNA, but between the same bases on both the strands and forms Sticky Ends. The sticky ends make easy the action of enzyme DNA ligase and helps in the formation of recombination DNA.
