Q. 11

# A car accel

Initial velocity = u = 0m/s

Time = t s

Distance = x m

According to Second equation of motion

s = ut + 1/2 at2

x = 0 + 1/2 at2

According to the first equation of motion

v = u + at

Now for next t sec

According to Second equation of motion

s = ut + 1/2 at2

s = 2x + x

s = 3x

the distance covered in the next “t” second will be 3x.
