High fever, profuse sweating and chills are symptoms of Malaria. Malaria is caused by Plasmodium which enters the human body through the bite of a female Anopheles mosquito. The parasites multiply in liver cells and attack RBC resulting in their rupture. This is associated with the release of a toxin, haemozoin which is responsible for chill and high fever.
Symptoms of viral fever include chills, sweating, dehydration, headache, loss of appetite etc.
Symptoms of typhoid include high fever, weakness, stomach pain, constipation, headache and loss of appetite.
