Q. 31 A4.2( 5 Votes )

Calculate the mass of each of the following:

5 moles of aluminium borate

Answer :

Given: Number of moles = 5

Atomic mass of AlBO3 = 30+ 10.8 + 2 × 16 = 72.8g/mol

To find out the mass of aluminium borate, apply the formula given:

Mass = 5 mol × 72.8g/mol

Mass = 364g

Thus, the mass of aluminium borate is 364g.
